The Village of South Walton is a beautiful new mid-rise resort community that places guests at the center of casual living activities. The complex features shops and eateries on the first level. Whether it be dining, shopping, building sand castles, swimming or taking a short putt for par, you will find plenty of activities to keep you busy. These condo units feature tasteful architectural accents, including travertine marble, slate roofs and distinctive entrance to each residence. Other property amenities include an outdoor pool, access to a large pool located at the nearby Seacrest, kiddie play area, coin laundry located on each floor and complimentary video rentals. The studio with one bath condo has a kitchenette, cable television, air conditioning, small refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Check-in at 10254 E.
